Excursion: Wednesday 9th October 2024 Paddle Steamer Waverley Cruise to London
Waverley is the World’s last seagoing paddle steamer, and once each year she visits our East Anglian coast to make her way from Southwold to London on a very special cruise.
Steam all the way to London by Paddle Steamer - view the ever changing River Thames - the Flood Barrier, O2 Arena and Canary Wharf before steaming under the magnificent fllodlit Tower Bridge and into the Pool of London.
Join the coach at our local pick up points, travelling to Southwold to join Waverley as she steams all the way to London Tower Pier. Once docked, your coach will meet you from the steamer, bringing you back to your local pick up point.
Note: Waverley departs Southwold at 10.15am and docks in London at 8pm.
